Do you accept all credit cards?

We have three ways to pay for your purchase: PayPal, Amazon and credit cards through our payment gateway. At no time do we have access to your complete credit card information when you checkout using any of these options

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship every order out the same day; however, we have a cutoff of 2:00 PM Pacific to arrange for delivery to our shipping carrier. Orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day

Where is Clarity1 located?

The Clarity1 retail store and distribution center is located between Riverside and San Diego, CA. We are approximately 90 mies East of Los Angeles. The business behind the brand is Upodium Enterprises, LLC

Do you offer product recommendations?

Do you offer training?

Yes. We offer paint correction training at our facility locate in Temecula, CA

I'm new to Clarity1. Is it good quality?

We see a lot of products on the web and we’re always amazed how every company proclaims the same thing – World’s Best or something to that effect. Yes, there’s a lot of great products out there and the line of Clarity1 has been blended to compete with these so called “best” products and we do so quite favorably. So, is it good? Absolutely! We’re the Best of the Best!

Do you ship to Canada?

No, unfortunately we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states. We have a number of loyal customers in Canada and look forward to expanding our shipping program to include our friends to the North

So many products to chose from, where do I start?

Start by contacting us via phone. Things we’ll want to know from you include:

With this basic information, we can help you zero in on the correct solution for your conditions. When you call, you’re not talking to a clerk! You’ll be talking to the guys/gals that run the business and have intimate knowledge of the products and correct techniques

Is buffing safe?

Well it all depends on the buffer. Rotary polishers offer the highest amount of correction but also offers the highest potential to burn a surface

A dual action polisher is just the opposite. Lower amount of correction but very safe in the hands of an inexperienced user.

The new large throw orbitals combine the best of both into a class leading machine capable of high levels of correction but will still retain very easy to use and safe features.
